Want a day to remember? Experience the thrill of sailing aboard a traditional classic boat.
Josefine, a traditional 1931 wooden Danish small ship, is available for skippered charter throughout the year, and all prices include a professional crew, fuel, port dues, and safety gear.
Josefine offers a variety of different sailing experiences, from sunset sails, day trips and corporate hospitality to family sailing holidays and maritime festival holidays.
Sailing trips normally start and finish from Plymouth, but Josefine can be chartered for trips and cruises starting from any port or harbour.

We think flexibility is everything, so you can either:-
- Come on an organized trip which is available on a per person basis.
- Or you can get together with up to 11 of your friends and family, choose when you want to sail, where you want to go, and what you want to do –the only limit is your imagination! Contact us to plan your perfect sailing trip.

What Sail Josefine offers

When he’s not skippering Josefine, Charles is available for sailing confidence building tuition on a one to one basis on your own boat. So if you’d love to make that trip to the Scillies, France, or further afield but it’s just nerves holding you back, Charles is the man to give you the confidence to make that dream sailing trip.
Charles is also available for yacht deliveries, so if you’ve just bought your perfect sailing boat (classic or modern) but it’s the other side of the world, he will sail it safely home for you.
