A variety of traditional boats (luggers, gaffers, pilot gigs, ketches, crabbers and toshers) have been invited to come and enjoy the atmosphere and pageantry of the Golowan festival from this scenic historic harbour, with music (traditional and modern), street entertainment, comedy, children's shows, fireworks, processions, carnivals, dancing, cabarets, a huge variety of entertainment with local Cornish food and drink to keep you going!

During the festival a sailing race and a parade of sail planned in the beautiful waters of Mounts Bay.
